Pre-Divorce and Family Law Consultations & Guidance
One of the most valuable resources for future litigants (people contemplating filing an action, going to court) is having full access to legal information that could help them determine their goals and expectations prior to starting a legal action which can help avoid prohibitive costs of litigation fees by going into the court process blindly. Nataneli Law & Mediation offers single and multi-part consultations and guidance sessions for clients who want extra support and information prior to filing their cases.
Divorce, custody and the multitude of legal fights that follow the filing of these traditionally contentious cases, tend to be primarily an emotional process for many, thus obscuring the actual legal issues and muddying the path to move forward. It helps having an outside professional to help clarify the goals, the steps to advance ahead and how to approach the many issues that will inevitably come up.
